Caregiver Opportunity – Federal Way / Tacoma Area

Who We’re Looking For

Caregivers currently located in Federal Way, Tacoma, and surrounding areas who are open to relocating to Wenatchee, WA to begin employment immediately.

Positions Available

• Full-time roles

• Available any day Sunday–Saturday

Shift options include:

• 8 or 10 hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

As a caregiver, you will help clients maintain independence, safety, and comfort by providing:

• Assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing

• Companionship and emotional support

• Meal preparation and dietary support

• Client safety monitoring and mobility assistance

• Medication reminders and reporting changes

• Light housekeeping and household tasks

• Accurate documentation and communication with the care team

Requirements

• Genuine compassion for seniors and vulnerable adults

• Nurse Delegation Core Certificate

• Nurse Delegation Diabetes Certificate

• Current HCA, CNA, or NAC credential

• Ability to meet Washington state care compliance requirements

• Valid photo ID and Social Security card

• Current TB test

• CPR and Food Handler’s certification

• Proof of caregiving education or formal training

Compensation & Benefits

• $26.00 per hour

• Overtime (1.5x) and paid holidays (company-observed)

• Flexible scheduling based on availability
