Your Role

As a caregiver, you will provide reliable, hands-on support during short, focused 4-hour shifts. This role is ideal for caregivers who value consistency, efficiency, and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Meal preparation and assistance with dietary needs
• Ensuring client safety and overall well-being
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
• Documenting and reporting client updates

What We’re Looking For

• Genuine passion for supporting seniors and vulnerable adults
• Compassionate, patient, and positive attitude
• Strong reliability and professionalism
• Active HCA, CNA, or NAC certification
• Compliance with Washington State health regulations
• Valid photo ID and Social Security Card
• Current TB test results
• CPR and Food Handler certifications
• Proof of caregiving training or education
