Shifts/Schedules:

  • Full-time / Part-time
  • 4-hour shifts
  • 6-hour shifts
  • 8-hour shifts
  • 10-hour shifts
  • 12-hour shifts

Your Role:

As a caregiver, you will provide exceptional service to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and dignity. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing

  • Offering companionship and emotional support

  • Preparing meals and assisting with dietary needs

  • Ensuring client safety and well-being

  • Providing medication reminders and assistance

  • Performing light housekeeping

  • Documenting and reporting on client progress


Requirements:

  • A heartfelt commitment to the senior community

  • A compassionate, upbeat attitude and patient demeanor

  • Strong reliability and ethical conduct

  • Must be fluent in Hindu, Bengali, or Tamil

  • Certified in HCA, CNA, or NAC

  • Compliance with Washington State health regulations

  • Valid Photo ID and Social Security Card

  • Current TB Test results

  • Certifications in Food Safety and CPR

  • Proof of education or training in caregiving
