This role is best for caregivers who want consistent weekly hours and longer-term client relationships, not only occasional fill-in shifts.

Hiring across Seattle and surrounding areas including Bellevue, Shoreline, Kent, Renton, and Federal Way. Shifts are assigned based on your location and availability.

Pay & Benefits

• $22.00 26.00 per hour (based on certification, experience, and assignment)

• Overtime at 1.5x

• Holiday pay (company-recognized holidays)

Scheduling & Shift Options

• Part-time and full-time available

• 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts

• Day, evening, overnight, and weekend availability

• 10 to 40+ hours/week based on your availability and market needs

What You Will Do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing

• Meal prep and dietary support

• Medication reminders

• Mobility and fall-prevention support

• Light housekeeping

• Document care notes and communicate updates

Requirements

• Active HCA, CNA, or NAC certification

• Current TB test

• CPR certification

• Food Worker Card

• Valid government-issued photo ID

• Reliable communication and professionalism
