Family Best Care is hiring a reliable caregiver for an ongoing in-home care assignment in Bellevue, WA

This is a steady ongoing assignment for a caregiver who is comfortable with hands on care, mobility support, daily routines, and building a consistent relationship with one client. This role is a strong fit for someone who is dependable, professional, and able to follow care instructions closely.

The client needs support with mobility, transfers, hygiene care, activities of daily living, routine support, meal preparation, and light housekeeping related to client care.

Schedule

• This is a consistent weekly assignment

Required availability:

• Tuesday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Wednesday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Saturday, 10:00 PM to Sunday, 5:00 PM

Applicants must be available and able to commit to the weekly schedule listed above. Shift times are based on client care needs and must be worked as assigned.

Location

• The client is located in Bellevue, WA 
• Applicants should review the location and make sure they are able to reliably commute to and from the client’s home for each scheduled shift.
• Because this is a consistent assignment, reliable transportation, punctuality, and attendance are essential.

What You Will Do

• Assist with transfers and safe mobility
• Support fall prevention and movement throughout the home
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene care
• Support activities of daily living
• Prepare meals and provide routine support
• Provide medication reminders as appropriate
• Complete light housekeeping related to client care
• Follow the care plan and document care accurately
• Communicate client updates, concerns, and schedule needs to the office promptly

• Observant and able to report client updates promptly
• Able to complete light housekeeping related to client care
• Committed to providing consistent, high quality care

Pay and Benefits

• Pay: $24.00 per hour
• Overtime paid at 1.5x
• Holiday pay for company recognized holidays
• Health insurance available for caregivers who consistently work 35 or more hours per week

Requirements

• Active Washington HCA, CNA, or NAC credential
• Current TB test or screening
• Current CPR certification
• Current Food Worker Card
• Valid government issued photo ID
• Reliable transportation to and from Bellevue
• Reliable phone access for work related communication
• Ability to complete onboarding documents if selected
