Your Role:

As a caregiver, you will provide exceptional service to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and dignity. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Preparing meals and assisting with dietary needs
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients
• Providing medication reminders and assistance
• Performing light housekeeping duties
• Documenting and reporting client progress

Additional Requirement for This Position:

• Spanish-speaking ability is required to effectively communicate with and support the client’s needs

Requirements:

• A heartfelt commitment to the senior community
• A compassionate, upbeat attitude and a patient demeanor
• Strong commitment to reliability and ethical conduct
• Fluency in Spanish (required for this position)
• Certified in HCA/CNA/NAC
• Compliance with Washington Health Laws & Regulations
• Valid Photo ID and Social Security Card
• Current TB Test results
• Certifications in Food Safety and CPR
• Proof of education or training in caregiving
